Georgia became host country of ITB Berlin 2022

Georgian National Tourism Administration received official confirmation of being a host country of ITB Berlin in 2020, Germany's national tourism exhibition with the largest expo market in the industry worldwide. 

Annually, more than 200,000 visitors attend ITB Berlin from at least 180 countries. More than 5 thousand journalists cover the event during the exhibition dates. 

According to Mariam Kvrivishvili, the Head of GNTA, the fact that Georgia won the host country status at the world's largest and the most influential expo, connotes for a new era for Georgia’s tourism industry.

As being part of this significant event, Georgia will gain access to more than 1 billion visitors and will receive 37 million Euros worth PR and advertisement support from the organizers.
