Tbilisoba Fest 2019 to be held this weekend

An annual festival Tbilisoba City Fest 2019 will be held on October 5-6 in four different locations - Rike Park, Metekhi Bridge, Legvtakhevi, and Orbeliani square.

According to the Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze, this year the festival program will be very diverse and will include children’s concerts and attractions, candy and flower festivals, culinary, street marches with costumes, sports activities, Orbeliani open market, musical performances, pavilions of twin cities with Tbilisi, rare cars exhibition, and Tbilisi Big-Band concert to name just a few.

In addition, videos of Georgian writers and public figures, famous paintings and more will be projected on a rock in Legvtakhevi.

Mayor said that the award ceremony of honorable citizens and a gala concert will take place at 20:00 pm on October 5. The next day, Europe Square will host a Tbilisi International Festival of Theater, an acrobatic air show with rock music.
